Moretown Estate, previously known as Thomas More Square, is a collection of seven buildings that contain around 600,000 sqft of office space. A lack of demand for office space of this kind in this location means that different options are being explored. We are preparing a planning application that will seek permission to enable parts of the existing suite of offices to be used for educational uses.
